YOUR QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Start with the essentials. Confirm the details for your project.

Can I use my own artwork?

Share your authorised logo, pattern or design brief. The supported print method, printable area and file requirements are confirmed for the selected product.

Are the pictured designs fixed products for sale?

Concept images on this website illustrate design directions. Your project can start with its own artwork; the final format and product specification must be agreed separately.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Please request a quotation with your product format, quantity per design and packing requirements so PAPLUNO can confirm the minimum order quantity for your project.

Can I request samples?

Include a sample request in your enquiry. Sample types, availability, costs and delivery arrangements are subject to confirmation.

How long does production take?

The production period is confirmed against the approved specification and order arrangements. Share your required-use date so it can be considered in the quotation.

What information should I include in an enquiry?

Product interest, destination, intended use, estimated quantity, artwork status and packaging preferences are a useful starting point. Unknown details can be discussed.

Can you provide compliance documents?

The document library includes dated SGS sample-test summaries, certificate copies and factory audit extracts. Review the named sample, date and supplied pages. Request the complete, applicable records and current certificate status for your exact product and destination.

Can paper cups, plates and napkins be coordinated?

Use one collection brief to describe the design theme and the specification for each product. Supported combinations, quantities and packing need confirmation.

What kind of supplier is PAPLUNO?

PAPLUNO is a factory-founded brand with company-owned factories in China and Thailand. Its headquarters are in China, with a branch in Thailand. Product-specific production arrangements and supporting information are confirmed for each project.

Do I have to choose a design shown on the website?

No. The images show illustrative creative directions rather than a fixed stock catalogue. Share your own authorised artwork or a design brief; available design support and production scope need confirmation.

Can you help develop a print design?

Describe your theme, references, audience and the artwork you already have. The availability, scope, ownership and cost of any artwork development service must be agreed before work begins.

Which product sizes and materials are available?

Provide your preferred capacity or dimensions, intended use and material requirements. Available formats, paper composition, coatings and finishes will be confirmed for the product being quoted.

Are paper cups suitable for hot drinks?

Suitability depends on the actual cup construction and intended conditions. Specify the drink, serving temperature and contact time, and request relevant product information before ordering. No performance claim is made from the concept images.

Can I request retail packaging or labels?

Describe pack counts, presentation, barcode or label requirements and carton marks in your brief. Supported packing options and associated costs need confirmation.

Can you quote for my destination market?

Include the destination country, delivery location and any relevant product requirements. Shipping arrangements, commercial terms and supporting documents need confirmation in the quotation.

How can I send an enquiry?

Use the quotation or customization form to send your brief and selected reference files to PAPLUNO. Required fields are marked. A confirmation is shown only after the website reports successful submission.
